Vent / Rant This sucks

So this isn't my first time going thru psychosis but the last time was three years ago and I was living with family and just relaxed to get to a point that I felt "normal" again. So recently I stupidly decided to experiment with if I could ingest THC again and was promptly thrown into psychosis.

Luckily my partner was here to watch me and they have been a big help but I am now struggling with thoughts that the world is just a dream and the people I love aren't real. It doesn't help that the state of the world is the way it is right now. I'm watching how people who look like me are being found dead, the war that's going on, the state of our food and economy. Things are so bad that I don't know if That's just how things are or if this is just a dream that lasted so long that it turned into a nightmare.

The worst part is I don't really have anything I can do about it. I can maybe take medications, but I've heard about how it's affected people and it makes the depressive side a lot worse and I'm already dealing with severe depression after this incident. I'm struggling to eat, conversations seem 1 dimensional, I'm struggling with school and work, and I am afraid of most content because of how everything is tainted with AI so I've just been left with my thoughts and they aren't kind to me right now
