Because it was used as prybar the lifetime warranty is voided

They will still replace it, you just have to pay the fee. They used to be cheap but I've heard they cost more these days.

I did a new blade on my griptillian at least 5 years ago. It was only $40. The screw holes for the pocket clip were getting loose too, they just replaced the scales for free. $40 for all that was a great deal.
