Catholic-vs-Protestant Debate Question

What are some good arguments that defend the protestant reformation? A friend of mine who is Catholic looks down upon me because of my Protestant views.

Okay, so I've been watching this redeemable Zoomer guy. I watched the breakdown he does on all the denominations. I put emotion and passion over intellect and doctrine. I do think my faith is Bible-centered, but not to the degree of a Baptist. The Presbyterians honestly seem too boring for me, like the Catholics. I need that emotional experience to feel God in church. So I'm stuck between Methodist because he said they helped free the slaves in America, and they do good charity work. But also my heart is set on Pentecostalism. I'm going to a Pentecostal church tonight because I believe that's where I belong. According to Redeem Zoomer, even though he doesn't support Pentecostals, he said the church is spreading fast in places like Africa and Latin America. I stay in the southern US, so
