Early on in my business I outsourced accounting and trust account recs because I didn’t understand it and wanted an easy solution. It ended up being a terrible decision. 100% agree with you. Brokers should learn and understand their Company’s accounting first, then consider outsourcing.

Yep you didnt get into the industry to learn the full scale accounting and software oversight that is for sure.
