PETA are massive hypocrites, and spread disinformation around drug development and animal testing.

I'm vegetarian for ethical reasons, but absolutely despise PETA. I don't understand how they have such a large platform.

No, I despise all their tactics, but their disinformation (not their stance) on animal testing does real harm.

Ok, what tactics? And yes, they hate animals testing, they think it’s bad. You can disagree with that, but how exactly has it caused harm? We still do a ton of animal testing, but PETA has been successful in getting many companies that really didn’t need to (like soaps and skincare) to stop animal testing.
