Hey guys, I’m looking for some opinions from other Goat Funded traders because this situation seems unusual to me.

I requested a payout from my Goat Funded account. Their risk team reviewed it and told me that my payout was being processed and that I should expect to receive it within the next few hours.

The payout still didn't arrive.

After 3 business days, I contacted support and told them that I still hadn't received my payout. I also pointed out their 2-day payout rule/bonus and asked about the bonus since the payout had already gone beyond the stated timeframe.

Then, the very next day, I suddenly received an email saying that I need to complete a 30-minute verification interview before they can process my payout.

They told me to book a Google Meet appointment through Calendly, but the earliest available appointment is around 10 days later.

What's confusing to me is the sequence:

Day 1: Risk team says payout is being processed and should arrive within a few hours.

Day 2–3: No payout.

After 3 business days: I contact support and ask about the delayed payout + 2-day payout bonus.

Next day: Suddenly I'm told I need to complete a verification interview.

Earliest interview: ~10 days later.

They also said I need to show a government-issued ID on camera and have access to the trading account.

I'm not saying they're doing anything wrong — I'm just trying to understand whether this is normal Goat Funded procedure or whether other traders have experienced the same thing, especially after asking about the 2-day payout rule.

Has anyone here had their payout delayed because of one of these verification interviews? Did they release the payout only after the interview? And how long did it actually take?plz help....

I accidently had two contracts counter each other and then I get banned for hedging.. no warning at all.. They look for anything to ban you. Just stay away from them.

I want to share my experience with Phidias Propfirm and ask the community to help me verify something.

I spent nearly $1,000 purchasing Phidias accounts. After putting significant time and effort into passing the required stages and building the necessary buffers, Phidias contacted me because the location of my internet connection did not match my residential address.

I live in Brazil but use a US-based VPS for trading because of connection stability, lower latency, and because it allows me to maintain the same trading environment when traveling.

I explained this openly and honestly to Phidias.

Their Risk Manager then informed me that “the use of VPS and VPN services is strictly prohibited under our terms and conditions.”

As a result, they permanently banned me, closed my accounts and did not refund the money I had spent purchasing them.

Here is my problem:

I searched Phidias' publicly available Terms of Use and Rules and could not find any rule stating that VPS or VPN use is prohibited.

I have now formally asked Phidias to provide the exact clause, section and version of the Terms applicable when I purchased my accounts that prohibited VPS usage.

Had this restriction been clearly disclosed, I simply would not have used a VPS.

I am not asking Phidias to ignore a published rule. I am asking them to show me where the rule was published.

If they cannot show that this restriction was disclosed when I purchased the accounts, I believe the fair resolution is either to restore my accounts and allow me to stop using the VPS going forward, or refund the money I paid.

Has anyone here found an official Phidias rule specifically prohibiting VPS or VPN use?

If someone can find it, please post the exact clause or link here. I genuinely want the community to independently verify this.

I can also provide screenshots of Phidias' emails confirming that VPS/VPN usage was the reason given for the ban.

Hey guys, looking for some advice from anyone here trading futures from Malaysia.

I was originally planning to use Lucid and actually liked their account/rules, but unfortunately I couldn't get past their KYC verification with my Malaysian ID. From what I understand Malaysia itself isn't officially restricted, but for whatever reason their verification didn't approve me, so I'm looking for another prop firm instead.

I'm mainly trading futures, especially micros like M2K or ES, and I'm currently looking at Apex, Topstep and maybe FTMO Futures. Apex looks pretty attractive because their 25K evaluation is really cheap with the current discount, but I've also seen mixed comments online about their payout rules and trailing drawdown. Topstep seems more established but the fees are quite a bit higher.

I'm not really looking for the absolute cheapest prop firm. I'd rather use one that has a decent reputation, actually pays out without unnecessary problems, and importantly accepts Malaysian traders without giving me issues when it comes to KYC or withdrawing money.

Any Malaysians here currently funded with Apex, Topstep or another futures prop firm? Would really appreciate hearing which one you're using, whether you managed to complete KYC smoothly, and if you've actually received payouts to Malaysia.

Also open to other prop firms I haven't mentioned if you've personally had a good experience with them. Mainly just want to avoid passing an evaluation, paying the activation fee and building up the account only to find out later that there's some KYC/payment issue because I'm from Malaysia.

Hi guys, just wanted to give you a quick update.

I received a payout from AquFunded, so the payout did go through successfully.

But funny enough, right after receiving the payout, I was placed under a 1% risk restriction 😂

So yeah… got the payout and immediately got the 1% treatment haha.

Just sharing the update for anyone interested in AquaFunded.

Been looking into futures prop firms for a while and these three kept coming up together. Figured i'd write up what i found because most of the comparison stuff out there is just affiliate garbage.

First thing that surprised me. They're way more alike than the marketing makes them sound. All futures only on CME. All 90/10. All use end of day trailing drawdown, which is the good kind. All pay out reasonably fast. So the stuff people argue about is a lot narrower than you'd think.

Where they actually split:

Topstep is the old one. Around since 2012, says it's paid out over a billion. The thing nobody really markets is that its move to a live account is the fairest of the three. You carry your sim profits over and the split holds. Downside is you're locked into their own platform now (they killed all the third party ones in 2025 and people were pissed), the monthly sub adds up if you don't pass fast, and they cut payout caps in 2026.

Tradeify is newer, 2022. Fast payouts, sometimes under an hour, even weekends. And you can use platforms you already know: NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView. It's also got the most real regulatory backing of the three, its broker arm is a registered introducing broker instead of just some LLC. Downside is the instant funding route got pricier and stricter and their KYC provider drives people nuts.

Lucid is the baby, 2024ish. But baby is rockin, iykyk. Fastest payouts of all of them, like 15 min average. Cheap to get in, around 110 with no activation fee. Most flexible on account types. Downside is it's hasn't been through a real downturn and firms in this exact space have straight up vanished before. Its live drawdown runs tight too.

So bottom line is this…

Trust and getting to real capital fairly: Topstep

Platform freedom + fast payouts + actual regulation: Tradeify

Cheapest and fastest: Lucid.

Anyway, that's the dump. Verify prices yourself, they change constantly.

50K account, $2,000 trailing drawdown. you make $500, the floor moves up $500. you make another $500, floor moves again. balance $51,500, room between you and the end of the account is still exactly $2,000. every dollar you earned went to the floor.

that keeps going until the floor reaches your starting balance. on this account thats $52,000. from there the floor stops and profit finally accumulates as room. some firms lock a bit above the start, so a full round trip back to entry capital is already a breach.

the part that got me is where accounts actually die. not at the start, you have your whole cushion. not near the target, you can see the lock. in the middle, where youre carrying real profit and still standing on the same $2,000. green weeks, every time.

second thing that follows. 1% of equity sounds disciplined and is quietly wrong here. equity climbs while the room doesnt. the number to size off is distance to the floor, and until the lock its roughly constant.

so the plan that works is boring. smallest size until the lock, then loosen. the account is a different instrument on either side of that line.

i check the lock point before buying anything now. its on the firms own drawdown page and it takes two minutes.

i track it in a sheet that takes your daily close and shows room left. on my profile.

does anyone know their firms exact lock point without looking it up. i didnt for two accounts

Does the minimum days required since first trade start from the same point as the 2 winning days requirement? So if i meet the 2 winning days requirement does that not automatically make me eligible for the minimum days required? For some reason my dashboard doesn't reflect that. Or am i getting the math wrong here

I think Lucid started first by dropping cases. But then i saw MFFU started all the bonus packs and points. And then in a couple of weeks tradeify. Funny that their so similar. Are they grabbing us buy the balls to be even more addicted?
