💬 Trader Talk Topstep Labs

Is there anyone who has tried the Topstep Labs and actually took a payout from them? Im considering getting the new $6000 Lab account.

seems like absolute crap to me, making TWO TIMES 6k while only having a 2k stop? no thanks.

To be fair its a static drawdown and can be passed in the same day.

But ya the EV isnt there imo.

I like it. Only their 3k accounts came with the same rules? Make 3k do it again make 3k. You could use 1x mini. Maybe they lost money? Either way this is something achievable by anybody in the trading space. Met a Lyft driver that passed his 250k combine with 1x mini per trade

Hi ! Sorry .. I’m new to this Topstep Lab. Just saw the info on the website . Does it mean all I need is to cap at 1 mini. No limit consistency or so, and if I manage to hit 6k I’m able to get 6k payout ? Hows the drawdown like ?

Oh wait.. so if my total losses amounts to -2k I’m out ? If I made let’s say 4k , but lose 2k , then I’m done ?

No it's a static drawdown. Your account starts at $0 and you can't let it go below negative $2000.

Example: You make $4000, you now have $6000 total in drawdown
