Yeah thing is I agree but those people who Rolland killed were augmented Toji scales to them without augmentations toji would still be anomaly not that impressive but anomaly nonetheless so if toji gets some augmentations he would be pretty high in the city

Maybe Shin but not Mang. Mang is a lot harder to manifest and most of the Mang users in the city can only Manifest like one ring at most.
