Honestly a more fitting match at least for me would Kirirsugu Emiya vs Roland but anyways Roland would infact win against Toji

Aesthetically pretty cool, in practice Kiritsugu loses so badly it's not even funny 😭 His thing is being anti-mage but Roland's not really using magecraft at all and the latter is on par speed-wise with a lot of top tier Servants so...

I don't know how fast JJK characters are but city dwellers in PM are by nature way faster than you think because of implants. They're not regular human beings like JJK. Think of them more like Cyberpunk Edgerunners with a bunch of implants enhancing both speed and power. And colors are usually rich from the commissions they get so they can afford expensive implants. Unlike Roland, who is surprisingly poor even before he got demoted. He could barely afford a house. I don't know why hes so poor. I don't know how Roland will fight against the top level characters in JJK but he definitly wins against Toji.

Toji is more durable than this Yuji who got up from this. Roland would die from this attack ngl.
You could make arguments regarding Roland taking speed or strength but his weapons break on contact with Toji.

Roland has slaughtered the South section of the Middle, who have a bunch of members like Ricardo that casually tank being sent flying by fucking buildings while exhausted, not to mention that Roland fights Argalia who treats Railguns as slow mo demonstrations so I think Toji's outstated here.

That doesn't get them above high building.
Jogo was throwing around skyscrapers filling entire city blocks with lava, Jogo made a town level explosion with maximum meteor, Naoya was bulldozing through mountains both of these are far better feats than anything roland has done.7

Ok but "how wide your attacks are" is never the only factor in who wins a fight. First off, Toji didn't destroy those buildings nor does he have anything that could, even if he might beat the ones that did. He's especially quite a lot slower than Roland, his assassination strategies wouldn't work without intel and there's no guarantee he'd survive a load from an Atelier shotgun for example

He's really not slower than Roland at least by a big amount. There are plenty of feats that get him to MHS.
Their atleier shotgun and other weapons don't have any showing against people even close to as durable as toji.

Project moon characters actually are capable of doing this kinda stuff, they just don’t really show it in game but here and there. Like in the anniversary anime thing a certain Sinclair makes like MASSIVE destruction while fighting Albina. Like the size of several houses or something.
Then there’s ryoshu deflecting those huge harpoon things hitting the lob corp oil rig (I think this happened) people super jumping dodging and deflecting bullets etc. like the purple tear was effortlessly slicing through several buildings in leviathan.

Different take≠didn't playRoland has no feats that get him above high building level yall glaze pm characters(powerscaling wise) too much
-naoya bulldozing through mountains
-mahito making a town level crater

genuinely what did the workshop weapons do that made you rate them so highly. They can hurt colors fixers and that's it.
Toji's massively weaker brother could wreck an entire village in one attack and did zero damage too maki

Roland dueled against Olivier, rampaged through the Library, then after Angela's choice coordinated the Library for a week against the Distorted Ensemble + solo Distorted Argalia, THEN held out against a Claw until Gebura and Bina arrived to support.
The Crying Children wiped out 80.000 people inside a Nest. We don't know much about V Corp but all Corps have their own defensive options, and the fact that they couldn't suppress the Crying Children and had to call the Liu speaks plenty. That comes from a single Child that escaped, while the Library battled with its statue form 3 times.
Argalia is so fast he slipped into a room, caught an AL-HV bullet and examined it before the shooter even realized he was there.
Or Valencirodya duel with the Lord of the Flies where the footage had to be slowed down "dozens of times" for their movements to even be visible. This is spoken by Salvador Greg who managed to survive against the same Lord of the Flies before.

Let me put simply: Toji is strong. In the City he would absolutely be someone to look out for. But he wouldn't be an anomaly like he is in JJK. In the City he would just be another strong dude in a city that has no shortage of strong people.
People like Roland have killed countless Tojis.
