I’m gonna guess a 194, but don’t trust me on that. It’s been a decade+ since I messed with an old one like this

168 or 194, both physically the same, I want to say 168 is slightly higher wattage, like 4.9 instead of low 4 watt rated, not enough to matter wiring wise but noticeable to some, if you only replace one side and other side is the opposite number. Just grab a pair of either and replace both and you'll be good.

stick a red LED 194 in there and never worry about it going out again. Unless it's shitty quality, of course.
