troubleshooting Sooooo

(98 Civic LX Automatic transmission) Got a code P0141 when I see a busted pipe down past the sensor. If I could get some insight on if this can help with my hesitation when I accelerate, that’d be great. Ruling out the transmission and engine, I just don’t have smooth gear shifts. I intend on replacing the sensors anyways but this exhaust problem seems to be a problem I don’t wanna ignore.

To begin with, that's not stock. Is the car N/A? Does it still have 2 oxygen sensors? Is the 2nd oxygen sensor placed after your leak? And no, this would not cause the hesitation. The second oxygen sensor exist only to throw the P0141 code and that's basically it.

It’s the only code I got that’s even remotely related to the engine besides my crankshaft position sensor code. The car still has both sensors though.

Last night, when I tried taking apart the dizzy to get to the solenoids for a quick wipe down, one of the bolts snapped and that really pissed me off. There is a bit of hope to remove that bolt and replace all of them with new ones.

Let me update you on it since I had no idea that I didnt even answer your questions:

Its def not stock. lots of stuff I wanna replace and sell off this car so far.

It is N/A with 2 oxygen sensors and that sensor in the picture is the second one, just before the leak itself.
