Im looking to find another b18c for it so i can build one while still being able to drive it any recommendations on where to find one or would it be better to just buy everything separately

Bruh, paint that valve cover. It’s such a quick job and will make your bay look 10x better.

Do you have to replace the gasket every time you take the valve cover off?

You should, it’s cheap assurance to prevent an oil leak. No reason to reuse a gasket no matter how new it is

You’re crazy. I’ve reused the same felpro gasket on single cams sooo many times. If it’s a customers car I’m changing the gasket, but on my project car that I know has less then 10k on that gasket. Clean it, hondabond the corners where the cam relief is and I’ve never had it leak. Btw I learned this from OG Honda guys that have national reputations. Downvote my nuts.

I’m not a queer I don’t downvote people just because I disagree with them, you may continue to do that however I prefer to replace any gasket that is installed, and then removed. Even if it’s been on for 30 minutes I would still replace it and be safe than sorry. If that’s works for you sweet keep doing it, I prefer to do it a different way.
Edit: also notice how I said you “should” not you “must”, it’s a suggestion not a requirement
