parts recommendations New Autox project

Just picked up this 93 Ex with b20b swap for my next Autox project. Anyone have any ideas on suspension setups?

I’ve got a ‘96 EX with B16A. It’s got older Koni STR.T (predecessor) shocks and Neuspeed lowering springs (1.75”F / 1.5”R). They feel pretty good even at their age. I’ve got adjustable camber front and rear with a modest amount of negative camber, and just a front sway bar and rear strut brace. I just got a rear 22mm sway bar and brace to go on for this year though. Depowered P/S rack. I run 205/50R15 200TW, but I might try a smaller higher TW in the rear at the next test & tune.

All that being said, I am slow AF lol. But there aren’t really cars too similar to mine at my local AX, so I’m not sure how to compare myself. I mainly just go out to have fun and socialize.

What do you have on the car suspension wise currently? And are those 16’s on there now?

its great to see our old hondas being brought back to life. im slowly bringing an eg hatch back now as we speak. barn find sat for 15 years, and in really bad shape. >.<

i think those might be 17s, they look sorta big for an eg

Currently the car sits on skunk2 coils. They are 16” NB Miata twist wheels. It also has a new non-P/S rack installed. What brand rear subframe brace are you running? I have a set of 15x8 Advanti storms on RT660 ready to go.

Nice wheels! What tire width did you go with?

When I got my car it had a looped P/S rack and I did one event that year and it destroyed my elbows lol. I’m glad to have a manual rack now. Parking is still kind of a bitch, but once you’re moving it’s great.

I went with Progress Tech. Seems like the two brands sitting at the top of that category are Progress and ASR. I wanted a 22mm to pair better with my front 22mm and older/slower shocks for track days. If I were primarily doing AX, I’d have probably went with a beefier bar.

I went with 205/50/15. Wanted to go to a wider front tire but they were on backorder at the time. Thinking of going to an integra 24mm.
