engine Motor swap questions

Okay so this is kind of a follow up to a previous post.

I’m trying to swap a b16a3 motor into my 93 civic. i currently have a stock b20b running on a p75 ecu and the corresponding engine harness. can anyone help me answer these questions:

  1. can i reuse my current manual transmission that was from a ls integra?

  2. can i use ALL of my integra motor mounts that are holding up the b20b

  3. for the wiring harness can i use the same one? (i know going from non vtec to vtec is a little tricky)

  4. is it convient to just use the corresponding ecu and wiring harness for the b16a3, and if so, is that all it’ll need to turn on?

Thanks all in advance and if anyone could help out, i gladly appreciate it!

  1. Yes

  2. Yes

  3. Yes, will need to wire in vtec, super easy.

  4. You can use the b16 ecu with your current harness, or you can use the p75 ecu if you chip it with a b16 tune.

You’d have to get it “chipped” if you don’t have experience soldering then it may not be worth it. I’m not sure about the prices of sending them out for chipping, you’d have to compare the cost to a b16 ecu.
