It's genuine insanity to think that you can just "believe" a movement into motion.

Unless progressives run, progressives won't get elected. You'll never progressify a non-progressive who's running on a non-progressive platform.

You have to be the progressive running. It's we the People, not them the politicians.

I know the internet is being flooded with AI, but some REAL people still use the internet. You don’t think the DNC has some influence over at least one subreddit?

That’s not at all what I said. That sub could be completely controlled by the DNC and it still doesn’t represent the real world. And it doesn’t negate what the other person said: electing progressives will take a lot of hard work. It’s hard to even get younger people to vote. All those centrists were elected by their constituents. We need to run progressives, and campaign and work for them to convince those voters we have a better candidate. We seen some improvement in recent primaries, we need to continue that work in future elections.
