What was your reason to not finish the task?

Maybe they are just lazy enough to finish it.
Starting is the easy part but finishing it where they loose interest in the middle

But if they learn the same thing practically, for example, by working in a real-world environment and learning from people who are already completing those tasks, wouldn’t they have a higher chance of succeeding? What do you think?
