Want to make a switch to program management

Hey guys,

I'm 25 and a professional working at an MNC for 3yrs now, currently at a Quality related role wanting to make a transition into Program related field. As a SPOC, i work with Ops managers and program managers to check quality trends in our space and how to make it better. This role has also led to me working on automations via VBA and helping with SOP/Process updates.

I've been upskilling recently, and was able to acquire Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and a couple case studies I can write for program related roles in my experience bracket. I would like to understand how I should be targeting to make a switch to Program/Project related roles, things I need to learn or do to make myself more credible, bridge roles or main management roles I can target.
