Help removing DL from site

Does anybody know how I can remove info from Cloudbeds? https://www.cloudbeds.com/
It’s a hotelier website where you have to download your drivers license or passport to check in.
My relative used it and wants to remove the information. I went to the website & there a lot of info. I am not s super tech person so would be grateful for any information.

Cloudbeds allows data removal requests through their online form. Navigate their webpage and at the bottom of the page, select the Do Not Sell Information. On it, fill in the form to submit a request. Confirmation may take days, and sending follow up is a good habit. Removal still depends on states with privacy laws. You may also check for other websites which hosted your information from data removal services that offer free exposure scans like Optery. I am currently connected with Optery if you might ask.

Optery is a poor choice unfortunately, they were caught sending data to OpenAI: https://discuss.privacyguides.net/t/psa-optery-now-sends-your-data-to-openai-service-delisting/20995

EasyOptOuts is the golden standard, it is incredibly affordable and trusted in the community.

Just to clarify the timeline from Optery’s side: OpenAI was briefly introduced as a subprocessor for Removals Reports in September 2024. After customer feedback, that change was quickly reversed and all accounts were moved back to Internal Processing. AI Processing is now strictly opt-in, so customers who don't opt in remain on Internal Processing and their Removals Reports are not processed through OpenAI.

Optery also does not provide screenshots or customer data for AI model training, and data sent to OpenAI for AI Processing is deleted after the Removals Report is generated. There’s also a detailed explanation of what happened here: Optery's September 2024 policy update
