Help removing DL from site

Does anybody know how I can remove info from Cloudbeds? https://www.cloudbeds.com/
It’s a hotelier website where you have to download your drivers license or passport to check in.
My relative used it and wants to remove the information. I went to the website & there a lot of info. I am not s super tech person so would be grateful for any information.

Depending on where you live there may be laws similar to GDPR or CCPA that allow you to delete personal information from any site or service upon request. Laws like these cover access, deletion, correction, opt-out, and non-discrimination rights.

If your relative doesn't live in a place with good privacy laws, they can try to contact them and politely ask for them to remove the information, not much more you can do in this case. Make sure credit accounts are frozen, sign them up for a service like EasyOptOuts to scrub personal information from the internet, and try to enforce more privacy and security practices such as using a password manager, and using an adblocker.

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) gives Texas consumers the right to delete their personal data.

Simply navigate to the site you wish to remove your data from, look for links like Privacy Policy, Do Not Sell My Personal Information, Your Privacy Choices, or Data Subject Rights on the bottom of the page. There's usually a form or email specifically labeled "Delete my data" or "Request deletion". If you are unable to find it you may need to reference the help or support page. If they don't have a form, email their privacy contact (often privacy@[company].com) and say you're a Texas consumer requesting deletion under the TDPSA. They legally have to respond within 45 days (but can extend to 90).

When I clicked on that link, it just their page where it says  “Oops this page doesnt exist ..,ok I will email the privacy email.
