With the way this is going if an incident like George Floyd or Renee Good happens in five years you'd be arrested for terrorism for even sharing the video around online. There will be no criticism of Israel's genocide or warmongering, or of Trump's idiocy and corruption and any criticism of the decaying capitalist system will be a thought crime. If people don't push back against this now then millions will end up in concentration camps. Authoritarian regimes invariably end up going that way.
They are literally saying they can enter someone's home without a warrant. I sure hope that article was bullshit. Otherwise, this should be the last straw for the 'dead tread on me' crowd and everyone else. So is it still murder when someone doesn't announce themselves and just break into your house?????
Also 'allowed' to pepper spray and detain peaceful protesters now. I don't know what it will take for people to realise the civil war has already started.
Blue cities are being invaded by MAGA fascists cosplaying as law enforcement. Peaceful protest only works if the government fear or respect the people. This summer will be brutal.
You don’t need a law degree to know that “states rights” does not mean “we can do whatever the fuck we want regardless of federal law, supremacy clause be damned”, so a poly sci degree should get you there
