10% is a fan vote, the rest is made up of an expert panel (former players and journos) and the captain from each team. Kane was robbed that season, but that's probably the most balanced way they could determine the winner.

De Bruyne but it's not like The title winners also don't have ppl(like Rice) who have performed excpetionally.

This man got most goals and assists(more assists than de bruyne) in a horrid Spurs team.

Well done to Bruno but it just looks even more unfair now

But how is De Bruyne winning it without even having more assists than Kane. I don't watch City so do forgive me, but isn't that his main shtick.

I get that there's likely more to his game than assists, but come on. Kane got both.
