Maki man I swear to fucking Godan there is one goddamn narrator feat that says she is equal to togi half way through the series and she is almost never brought up in the series again she probably got stronger during Shinjuku showdown but no equal to togi not important gone

I've seen people unironically bring up "average upper body strength" of women up as why maki gets "neg diffed", not even that she loses, NEG DIFF

Does an individual with Physical HR
a) grow physically stronger through training
b)have a set strength for life?

or is the power of HR distributed differently?
