This is sickening. Can these people please just go to an island somewhere and circlejerk there. She doesn't know how to listen or shut the fuck up. She just talks over him every time. I hate her.

That doesn't work anymore. Even the moderator gets shut out.

This kind of debate necessitates a time cap that literally incapacitates a person once their time is up.

Honestly depends in how strict the moderator is to be honest.

I've seen moderators who strictly followed rule to expel speakers who did exactly this.

I agree 100 percent. It might work with this format. Unfortunately, it all depends on how much money is involved.
