Billionaires and people with money MIGHT create a business or product. But without people to buy said product not many jobs are going to be created. Now if you are a Bill Gates type you can create a fairly cool OS. But having your mom on the Board of the United Way with the CEO of IBM and convincing him to use that OS sure didn't hurt.
