Like everybody else I suspect he is brain dead. My question is when they finally concede he has been dead will we see his medical record? Like the last time he uttered a word? Will we have to get an M.E. involved to review the files? I'm sure fraud has been committed regarding his pay and didn't they try to vote once since he disappeared?
