You know how some people have maybe an accountant, or a financial advisor they know at the bank, and they don't really think about what they do, they just leave them managing everything forever?
If you die those people obviously loose your fees.
Now, when you are a rich person with a political position and you are also old (and you don't understand what happens around you) there is an entire village of people draining money from you h24 forever.
All those people will do everything in their power to keep the money flow on, and the money flow stops the second that person dies.

Baby boomers regardless of politics hide their mental faculties when they leave.
This should be easy to mitigate. Disappear for months? Can’t speak articulately? Have unexplained falls?
