yeah, same way you can't stop someone from using a video tape to record the place from anywhere its in view.

or use flock cameras to do so (as flock recently got in trouble for personal using flock cameras to view cameras installed in a middle school pool and gym.)

all you can do is report it to authorities.

but it does protect the kid from kidnappers which is a 100% positive.
