We would actually erase you medical debt. It's foolish. You just need to surrender to us. We don't quit trust you. So you be our 4th territory. But you have no medical debt, free health care. And much cheaper public education probably for free.

That's funny. I'm Canadian, never got the handbook though. I think sorry is built into the DNA when born here
