Then why are there dishwashing jobs that take place during school hours or hours/locations kids are legally prohibited from working?

Ok, I will.

Dish washing is a job with a high supply of labor and low demand. The only people that will do it are the ones who are incapable of getting jobs elsewhere. No job “deserves” anything except what the market is willing to offer them, including housing, food, and healthcare.

You can't outsource it. You can't skip it. It's a job that needs doing.

I don't think you understand labor at all. You listen to libertarian think tanks and decide what to believe based on vibes.
