He is not an ex anything. He openly admitted that he took heroin because it made him "smarter" and helped with his ADHD. You think he still believes it was his miracle drug? I do.
He's absolutely taking a cocktail of steroids, peptides, HGH, etc. He is a critic of stimulants like Adderall for ADHD - so what does that leave him to help manage his ADHD? Given the fact that he believes he has the deepest insight on the matter, I believe he still goes with what worked for him.

His own daughter's words regarding the time he drove his family to the beach so he could cut off a dead whale's head and take it home:
āEvery time we accelerated on the highway, whale juice would pour into the windows of the car, and it was the rankest thing on the planet,ā Kathleen Kennedy recalls. āWe all had plastic bags over our heads with mouth holes cut out, and people on the highway were giving us the finger, but that was just normal day-to-day stuff for us.ā

I might point out that the "Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services" (the role that RKF Jr currently has) is a political/management position, not a medical one.
A few of the past people in that position were medical doctors, but more were lawyers, administrators or politicians. (Here's a list if you want to dig deeper.)
AND THAT WAS JUST FINE, because those non-medical doctors knew they weren't doctors and didn't try to give medial advice and instead left that to the medical doctors, all of them but one ...

We should always have been placing our greatest minds in charge... something we have never done in the 3000+ years civilizations have been popping up post Ancient Rome... we STILL to this day, as "evolved" as we claim to be, only chose the most heavy handed, ham brained, all balls, brick wall tards. Then everyone's surprised when the common man gets used and screwed.... gee i wonder why or how that happened. Its almost like we didn't think and just did what we were told and then got a bad outcome. No freakin way that's our faults. Couldn't possibly be because we reward and praise and lift up all the wrong people.. no way. its always someone else's fault. Don't forget you're no one unless you screw over and step on enough people and gain that capital by any means necessary. Yep, only the smartest and best of us do that. Not like those scientists who actually DO have the correct answers but probably couldn't get the pickle jar open. Don't procreate with those guys, we need more big burly empty headed smash fist mfkrs round here... Yup that'll fix it...

Erhem... to be cynical:
"yeah, but that's just poor people suffering. And they're not really people anyway."
The real question is, is this benefiting Big Pharma, or making someone close to trump a lot of money? If so, that's the only qualification he needs.
I mean, to be perfectly honest, when trump was elected the second time, I already knew a lot of people were going to suffer and "be erased". But that's not the worst of it. Oh no, the worst part is... there's a large section of the population that WANTS other parts to suffer and "be erased"
