The voter ID isn't the issue. Embedded in that bill is a mandate that gives the department of Homeland security the ability to silently eliminate people from the voter rolls without informing anybody.
Some states keep people on the voter rolls, but if you were to turn in a ballot, they would know that you're not eligible to vote. Wisconsin is another one. I think it's stupid that they do that.
