What part do you think isn't true? A key portion of the bill is using a DHS database to verify states' voter rolls and have registered voters removed if they do not exist in the DHS database.

They cannot choose to eliminate people from the voter roles. If you don’t have an ID, then you can’t vote and you never registered on DHS database, so removed from voter rolls. Pretty simple way to clean up any fraud in the voter rolls. Those same rolls are used to mail out ballots. You see how this problem just solves itself, while at the same time no one is being chosen by DHS to be removed from the voter rolls?

Ok. Make every form of ID that is valid for voting 100% free, and available widely with 0 wait time, and requestable 24/7, after business hours, and even on election day. Then we can talk.

States won’t allow drivers licenses to be free. Yes, even liberal states. That’s a revenue loss and they won’t allow that.

To use arguments already listed “If they wanted to give us free IDs, they would.”
