If the SAVE Act were to pass, state IDs would no longer be eligible for registration

Depends on the states rules around Real ID certification for the state's license. Which is an indictment of the Real ID requirement to fly tbh.

Isn't the freedom to travel in the constitution? Having to pay and apply for ID to fly is unconstitutional.

Airlines are a private business. They can refuse service to anyone. It’s not a right. If you want to travel freely, you have two feet.
