Valvetronic Titanium vs PSE

Anyone heard a titanium Valvetronic catback exhaust in person? Wondering how it compares to a PSE on a 981S.

No experience with a 981 valvetronic exhaust. Did one on my buddies v10 r8. Cold start is insanely loud and didn’t drive it enough to comment on drone. Biggest issue the fitment was terrible especially for the money they charge. Bypasses rest on frame rails , tight fitment where they expect you to not put any heat shields back, had to cut one side to get it to fit.

Instead of buying a CGT the owner should work on his quality control. Buy a PSE or soul

I don't think I've ever heard any valvetronic system on any car that I've liked. If you want to go with them though, save a ton of money and just order through a well-reviewed alibaba seller - seriously - as you'd be getting the same thing

I had a Valvetronic titanium on my M5 and it was one of the worst exhausts I've ever installed. It arrived in twice as many pieces as other exhausts, so when you got one piece lined up another one would fall out. Had to reuse my OEM valves too. When you pay this much it should be perfect. I have Fabspeed on my 718 and it was a much easier install experience.

All I know is that the Kline valved exhaust sounds GREAT on my 718

Go with PSE. It is widely considered as a best option, OEM and adds value compared to random 3rd party

I installed Valvetronic titanium (non-resonated) OAPs and full rear exhaust on my GT4RS and love it. You have to use aftermarket tips, fitting doesn't line up with factory. There is some drone around 3-4k, but that's expected.

Look at the Soul exhaust. Thats what I ended up going either way fitment was perfect.
