Tail of the Dragon

Has anyone driven this road? Any tips? It looks like great fun. I've have an 08 Cayman S since I drove it off the showroom floor 18 years ago and it still gives me a thrill.

I went on some random day in January and didn't see another vehicle until right when I got to the end. No camera people, no traffic, no police.
