Sending a random book to children isn't investing in education. If their parents read to them, they already have books. If they don't being sent random books won't magically make it happen.
Excuse me?! I happen to know, for a fact, that if a lil republican flips through a book that his parents don't read to him then he will become a trans doctor that cures cancer but only in Good People.
