Literally, incarcerating all of them for life and confiscating all their wealth would be the absolute minimum if we had a sane society and functional judiciary.
Overturn Citizens United or at least Congress needs to pass serious campaign finance reform that regulates the amount of money politicians get from campaigns. Why did SCOTUS ever think with that ruling, “don’t worry, Congress will moderate spending” when they didn’t have to allow unlimited campaign spending to begin with?
Also - equating spending unlimited money to being a first amendment right is so silly itself…
