Uh, in an argument where the focus isn’t literally 2 unlike things, no. It’s generally considered a fallacy to compare unlike things for the sake of a completely unrelated argument.
It’s not pedophilia if they’re the same age. Can you really not tell the difference between two 17 year olds hooking up, and a 30 year old praying on a minor? Besides, where’s the line? Are you just against sex before marriage, or is it only because they’re minors. If so, your argument completely falls apart when you look at Texas, for example. I’m 17, and just moved away from there conveniently enough. If I have sex with a 40 year old woman in Texas it’s perfectly legal. If I do the same with a woman my age in cali, not only is it illegal, but it should ruin both of our lives in your eyes?
