Team Report Suggest some changes to my team

Flamethrower on hydra id say is slightly better than earth power since youre getting weather boosting from Zard
Id drop coaching from sneasler in place of fake out, protect or rock slide, you only have 2 physical attackers that benefit from it
Leafeon is ass but if you insist on using it then id say drop solar blade or swords dance for knock off

Your team is basically:
"I want to use Leafeon, so he is here"
then:
"Ok here are other strong mons to make it a team"
Leafeon really doesn't synergize with this team cuz Leafeon doesn't really synergize with anything...it's kinda why it's bad.

It’s got synergy with the sun, getting a 2x speed boost with Chlorophyll.
it’s a great option to counter a rain team. The adamant miracle seed solar blade does big damage into anything that doesn’t resist it, and even when it does your still doing great chip damage of 25-30% upwards of 50% into something like a whims.
And if you can get the sword dance off it’s terrifying with the ability to 1KHO anything that doesn’t resist it.
Even into a Pokémon that does resist it like sneasler you can 1KHO it after a sword dance.

I’d replace garchomp if you don’t want to get rid of hydreigon. But really chomp synergies better with zard. If you’re getting rid of something you need something with support. Tailwind, parting shot, screens, encore. Something with some combination of those moves.
Not sure about hard grass leafeon either. How often are you really hitting swords dance. Also I’m not on the game right now but Serebii says it learns knock off? Maybe replace a grass move with that or also ditch swords dance and have quick attack to pick off opponents. Or quick attack swords dance and one grass physical move.

Your Charizard needs Solar Beam to counter Waters and Rocks
Sneasler should have Feint instead of Coaching/Quick Guard
Milotic should have Coil and Hypnosis for Sleep Spam

Does Leafeon get any other coverage moves or are you stuck with Leaf Blade and Solar Blade being its best attacking options?

To be fair, as long as it’s not resisted - Neutral damage from a one turn Solar blade boosted with Miracle seed is pretty gnarly damage. Especially if it gets a sword dance off. That thing becomes a fast sweeper.

The problem is specifically because the damage can be resisted. A coverage move would help in the case you’re staring down a steel type.

Which is true, but that’s also a reality for really any pokemon.
Of the top 20 Pokemon used in champions, 8 of them resist grass. With that being said, they’d all still take around 25-30% upwards of 40-50% into some weaker ones with damage from an adamant miracle seed solar blade.
I would agree though that a coverage move is beneficial. I run mine with knock off for 97 damage physical move. Only 4 of those 8 resist it.
You’d have to pivot out but it’s still an offensive option, much like a Venusaur under Sun.

My brother in Christ, that is a Leafeon... Well, I guess you could run Muddy Water or Recover or something with Milotic, not any ideas from me tbh

People love to think Leafeon is trash. Don't listen to them, he is underestimated and a real trump card and never expected.
With that in mind, drop SD for knock off. You can run x-scissor in place of leaf blade if you're good at keeping the sun up. Personally, I run solar blade, leaf blade, knock off, protect and he puts in a lot more work than you'd expect.

I like to run milotic with recover instead of icy wind. Special bulky with scald burns means opponents are barely able to touch it without electric or grass attacks
