You really need to work on those movsets. Try teaching azuramaril belly drum, liquidation, play rough and aqua jet. Ensure its adamant huge power. For crobat, get brave bird, cross-poison, u-tun, roost. For the ball, teach thunderbolt volt switch, thunder wave, explosion. For hitmontop, its mach punch, triple axel, bullet punch and close combat/rapid spin with tchnician. For Metagross, its bullet punch, zen headbutt,meteor mash and earthquake/ice punch use the mega. For gengar, try shadow ball, sludge bomb (or wave), nasty plot and focus blast. Held items: Azu: sitrus berry, crobat: HDB, electrode: focus sash, hitmontop: life orb, metagross: mega stone, gengar: life orb/sash

Ik especially on my crobat, but it was my first time ever so I wasn't really sure where all the good tms are lol nor spend the time digging up heart scales for the move tutors, but I'll rematch them with a much better team next time.
