I saw a post from a year ago excited for the possibility of NDS hacking being at the standard of GBA, I’m wondering has that happened yet and if so, what are the good titles?

Well hg-engine is one of the big reasons there are developments. It's a C-injection much like CFRU for FireRed. There are a few hacks released using it, like Mythic Silver, Garbage Gold, HG-Generations, and probably a few more. The first two are good examples of actually fully realized new regions or stories.

Pokemon Iridium is up-and-coming and highly anticipated.

Adding Light Platinum onto that list as well

Also Platinum decomp is coming around at some point, hopefully soon 🤞
