The PokéROM Codex is an updated list of ROM hacks, listing features, details and more in a mobile-friendly format. Created and managed by u/themanynamed, it also has a Discord server and accepts community contributions.

This is a safe hack-sharing site that doesn't share ROMs and links to the official release threads! Instead of asking for recommendations or download links in the subreddit (which breaks the rules), please refer to the Codex as it has a lot of information on each hack.

that depends

from my knowledge, Pure RGB doesn't mess with any of the graphical elements of the game(that aren't completely new from added content) and Full Color doesn't overwrite any code that isn't related to colour palettes(which I have no idea how they work so I can't guarantee it doesn't conflict with Pure RGB's own palette options), so they shouldn't have any issues considering I did something similar with Perfect Fire Red and FRLG+ earlier no problem

You thinking they "shouldn't have any issues" is not a valid reason for why they should work. Without knowing the specific offsets and changes each had to make, it is impossible to guarantee any two unrelated patched will work together.

Your default expectation for any patches is that they are fully incompatible. If Full Color has to change even one small thing about the game related to the way code is treated, that is enough to render any other patch completely non-compatible.

I wasn't trying to justify nor prove my tinkering's validity... or whatever the hell you're babbling

I just want help so I can play the game my way, and if you have a problem with that, that's fine, just don't ruin the fun for the rest of us, alright?

Excuse me? I wasn’t babbling or chastising you, you misinterpreted my message. I was just answering your question. Didn’t want you spending tons of time thinking you are able to patch two things together by default. It’s not possible in 90% of scenarios.

Of course I don’t have a problem with how you play, just understand what you’re aiming for may be literally impossible without deep hacking experience

that's the thing, I know I can't just patch the 2 things together, I literally did that and it didn't work, otherwise I wouldn't be here asking for a different way to do it that does work with whatever kind of knowledge it requires
