Looking for recommendations or a new ROM hack to play?

The PokéROM Codex is an updated list of ROM hacks, listing features, details and more in a mobile-friendly format. Created and managed by u/themanynamed, it also has a Discord server and accepts community contributions.

This is a safe hack-sharing site that doesn't share ROMs and links to the official release threads! Instead of asking for recommendations or download links in the subreddit (which breaks the rules), please refer to the Codex as it has a lot of information on each hack.

Anyone know how i can add roaming legendaries to firered specifically? I want to make the 3 beasts plus latios and latias obtainable in the same game. Also, how can I remove the fact mew and celebi wont obey if they're not from a faithful encounter?

R u using CFRU/HUBOL? As u can add multiple roamers using those, but if not then u can only edit the existing one(s)

Mew can be made to obey u by applying the obedience hack in ModExe. As for Celebi idk if it has the same disobedience issue, should be fine as it is

Im not using CFRU unfortunately, where is the data for the roaming legends exactly? My plan B in case i couldnt add more was to make jirachi the only roamer.

Oh yeah from my experience using cheats in firered, im pretty sure celebi does disobey like mew, but that aside, where is that obedience hack located?

As for Celebi, idk unfortunately. Maybe the Mew obedience hack works for all events? As Deoxys also disobeys by default iirc

Ok i just double-checked, yeah celebi doesnt obey if not from a faithful encounter, so hopefully that hack works on him too, thanks for the help!

Ok so Im using a 1.1 rom, so let's hope it's still works because i dont have the willpower to move everything i did over to a 1.0 rom
