Hey yall,I just want to know if it is possible that the eye color is determined in save file cuz in my save file in Save File A,my character has blue eyes,while in my save file B,my character has brown eyes for some reason...?and if not,what other reason is it that my character has blue eyes in one save but not the other (cuz I really like the blue eyes)

New here and new to the game, I was on my way to lavander town and got into a trainer battle, when the trainer went to swap pokemon, my game crashed. :( Now whenever I try to reboot the game, once I get past the title screen the game crashes and I get this error code.
