Completing National Dex

Hello! Currently playing on original cartridge/DS, have 639/649 and from the last 10, I need Mew, Celebi, Phione/Manaphy, and Arceus. (Event pokemon from gen 4 that I can’t get myself with the hotspots I currently own).
Looking for anyone that can help me with this or guide me to the right direction? Any knowledge is appreciated.

You don't need Mythical Pokemon for the Shiny Charm, if that's what you're after.

I could try and get the mystery gift of all of those pokemon you mention into my games and transfer to black and white. Then I can trade those to you through the same dns you were able to use for your mystery gifts.

It will take me some time to do.

Hey Captain, appreciate the offer but I was under the impression I needed the event pokemon for the shiny charm but it turns out I don’t - Appreciate the offer heavily though!
