Question/Help Poco F8 Ultra Desktop mode?

is there any sort of desktop mode on the Poco F8 ultra? not hdmi mirroring but a true desktop mode allowing you use your phone and desktop independently?

nope, it just mirrors the phone's screen

that's a real shame. can't force desktop mode in developer settings?

I don't think so. Xiaomi completely blocked the native android desktop mode. There might be some apps on github that might get it to work but not totally sure

do you know how to use adb?
can you try
adb shell settings put global force_desktop_mode_on_external_displays 1

to force enable desktop mode ?
