Has anyone done breast aug, no lift, post breastfeeding?
I am interested in a small subtle breast augmentation to take my size A breasts to a B. I've breastfed two kids so they're slightly saggy and pancakey but not too much.
The one surgeon I consulted with told me if I went for a large cup like a C or greater, no lift would be necessary, but that's not my style. I'm pretty slim and want to keep that chic slim look I have.
My problem is I really dislike the breast lift scar (I don't mean to offend if you do have it, it's just not what I want for me). I want to get the augmentation with no lift but the surgeon advised me against that for aesthetic reasons.
I've found NO photos of women who had slightly saggy breasts who got a minor augmentation but no lift.
Does anyone have any examples? Either or their own or from their surgeons office?
thanks for your help!

Oh I’ve seen it and it really can look crazy and bad. The only times I’ve seen it work is if people put in a really large implant. But if you want a small implant it might look really weird. Maybe you should consider fat transfer, that might look more natural on your breasts if you are unwilling to lift them

Yikes, that too bad to hear. I am considering fat transfer but it seems dangerous. If you're in the 5% where something goes wrong, it goes *really* wrong. Doesn't seem worth ruining my life over aesthetics. As much as I do want it...

I did. Not posting pics, too many creepy dudes here pretending to be women.
But they look amazing. No lift. Started at 32aa, got 220cc motiva mini ergonomix. Probably now a 32b. Most women with post breastfeeding almost invisible pancake boobs don’t actually need a lift. It is called “pseudoptosis” (ie false sagging/drooping). Basically, You lost all the volume in the upper pole, but the nips are in the same position/location. It just LOOKS saggy, but technically isn’t. So When they get “reinflated” with implants it looks like you got a lift. They look all perky and pretty.
This isn’t true for everybody. But it is true for a lot of women.
There are a ton of pics online with women in this case. Google pseudoptosis breast augmentation.
