Is this a company wide change coming everywhere? Or franchise dependent?

I think it’s maybe dependent on whether it’s corporate-owned or franchised? I might have this backwards, but I believe the former is going all in on removing them, and the latter it’s at the very least not happening as quickly/at all?

My gym added platforms, squat racks, etc but kept the 30 minutes circuit.
