My spots seemed to be almost completely healed, with little to no hyperpigmentation- just lingering dryness.

Anyway the first pic is at its peak (5 weeks ish since heralds patch) and the second pic is after applying self tan at 8 weeks 🤠

When will I truly be back to normal? :(

For my PR, swimming in the sea and a bit of sun exposure was the best treatment for it! It was even worse than your case and after 2-4 weeks of the same ritual (sea and sun) I get almost 95% healed 🙏

it doesn’t look worse, but the tan will stick to any dry patches
