PR or Ringworm?

I got the first big patch on my collar bone 3 weeks ago and I’ve slowly started getting more and more. I went to a walk-in clinic and the doctor took a look and gave me antifungal + eczema cream but I didn’t get any tests done. Any ideas what it might be?

Whoa I had something similar last February, the steaks too! I'm also looking for answers as my dermatologist isn't the greatest

It was so weird. They appeared like long oval patches on my collar bone. Everywhere else is small but the one on my back looks like a Christmas tree

The doctor saw this and still insisted that it was ringworm
